Invesco Office J-REIT, Inc. (“Investment Corporation”) announces that Invesco Global Real Estate Asia Pacific, Inc. (“Asset Management Company”), an asset management company that is contracted out to manage assets, has decided today on the acquisition and leasing of assets.
The borrowed funds will be used as part of the funds, as well as the related expenses, for acquiring the assets scheduled to be acquired by the Investment Corporation
