(hereafter “Hankyu REIT”) hereby notifies that Hankyu REIT Asset Management, Inc., the asset management company that Hankyu REIT has selected to manage its assets (hereafter the “Asset Management Company”), today decided to make the following acquisition of assets and Hankyu REIT completed the acquisition.
Hankyu REIT, Inc. (hereafter “Hankyu REIT”) announces its decision made today to undertake debt financing.
